Shutdown Coordinator & Business Development


Industry: Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical

We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Coordinator & Business Development professional with a proven track record in shutdown planning, client relationship management, and business development within the petrochemical and refinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute shutdown and turnaround activities for petrochemical and refinery projects.
Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with industrial clients.
Visit clients, identify project opportunities, and secure manpower and maintenance contracts.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate manpower mobilization, project execution, and client requirements.
Negotiate manpower rates, project pricing, and commercial terms.
Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or maintenance projects.
Proven experience in Business Development within the industrial sector.
Hands-on experience with major petrochemical and industrial companies such as:
SABIC,APPC, Chevron Phillips Saudi Arabia, TASNEE, SATORP Etc..or other leading petrochemical and refinery companies.

Strong understanding of industrial maintenance, manpower supply, market pricing, and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
