About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Process, Proposal & Commissioning to join a leading organization in the Water Treatment and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in evaporator and dryer systems, process engineering, commissioning, and proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare process and design engineering documents.
• Review mass balance and thermal analysis.
• Review manufacturing drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop technical concepts and feasibility studies for Evaporator, Dryer, and ZLD plants.
• Conduct effluent and feed testing, including TDS/TSS analysis, and design suitable evaporation and drying systems.
• Prepare technical proposals and process concepts.
• Support system commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technically sound and efficient solutions.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Evaporator, Dryer, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
• Understanding of pumps, compressors, blowers, and heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with thermal and membrane technologies used in ZLD and desalination plants.
• Proficiency in PV Elite, CREO, AutoCAD, Ansys, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Evaporator / Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) / Water Treatment industry.
• Hands-on experience in process engineering, proposal preparation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial water treatment systems.
