Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in CAFM/CMMS administration within the Facility Management industry.
Hands-on experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo, Archibus, Planon, SAP PM, or similar).
Strong knowledge of asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Good communication skills in English.
Available for immediate joining is preferred.
