We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Technician to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in cooking, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment.
Maintain equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines.
Ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Kitchen Technician in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or restaurant).Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
✔ Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
✔ Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Must be currently available in Bahrain.
✔ Ability to join immediately will be an advantage.
