Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

A growing contracting and construction company in Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close contracts in the construction, engineering, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience
• Proven record of winning and closing contracts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or telecom is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
