Key Responsibilities:
- Office & Delivery Management: Maintain daily office needs, manage supplies, and oversee incoming/outgoing deliveries.
- Correspondence & Liaison: Handle day-to-day communications (emails, phone calls) and act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners.
- Advances Bookkeeping: Assist with daily financial tracking, invoicing, and expense monitoring, be able to generate financial data reports upon request, be able to analyze financial data and make recommendations on expenditure and budgeting, be able to create complex quotes and financial proposals.
- Official & HR Procedures: Manage and coordinate official company procedures, documentation, and tasks.
- Time management and organization: be able to plan workflow, assign tasks and follow up on them, create project pipelines and follow up on them, and brief team members.
Requirements & Preferences:
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative and project management work is preferred.
- Software: Experience using accounting or ERP software (Odoo is highly preferred).
- Visa Status: Candidates with a readily transferable work visa are strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle administrative tasks independently, proactiveness, speed and accuracy, attention to detail.
