We are looking for a hands-on professional who understands the dynamics of the restaurant industry and is comfortable with a flexible, operations-based schedule.
Role Overview:
This is not a fixed-hour position. You will be required to be physically present at our restaurant for an average of 4 hours per visit, but the schedule will adjust based on operational needs (e.g., 1 hour one day, 6 hours the next).
Core Responsibilities:
Tax & Compliance: Management of Zakat and VAT filings and end-of-period closing.
Financial Reporting: Preparation of daily sales reports, P&L statements, and budget management.
Cost Control: Preparation of cost sheets based on recipes and promotional offers.
Procurement: Maintaining a strict track record of purchases and approval of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
Inventory: Conducting thorough month-end inventory counts (Foodics).
Analytics: Analyzing and reporting business performance data from food delivery aggregators.
Communication: Participation in a weekly online progress meeting.
Requirements:
Location: Must be a resident of Madinah with own transportation.
Expertise: Proven experience in restaurant accounting and cost control.
Confidentiality: This role involves access to sensitive proprietary information. You will be required to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement regarding our recipes, subject to heavy fines and legal action in the event of a breach.
Important Notes:
This is a part-time position. Candidates seeking permanent employment with full-time salary expectations or those requiring Kafala transfer should not apply.
We are operating on a limited budget; this role is ideal for a freelancer or someone looking for supplemental income.
