About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Visits & Relationship Management: Actively meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional after-sales support, and maintain strong corporate relationships.

Quotations & Negotiations:
Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals, and sales agreements. Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.

Payment Recovery:
Take ownership of outstanding accounts and ensure timely payment recovery from clients.

Reporting & Administration:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, maintain accurate customer records, and submit comprehensive Weekly Sales & Customer Reports.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth avenues.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: University Graduate (preferred).

Experience: Proven track record in B2B corporate sales. Experience in Gas Sales / Industrial Gas industries is a major plus.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in the field.

Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Logistics: Must possess a valid driving license (essential for customer visits).
