Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Handle document control & administration, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist with project & contract support, including drafting reports, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a contracting or construction-related company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration is an advantage.
