Must have experience in operation and maintenance of municipal wastewater treatment plants, including monitoring and directing plant operation, and/or experience in operation and maintenance of raw water and drinking water, wastewater treatment plant and other water and utility systems, at least 40% must be in a supervisory position. Shall have a good knowledge and understanding of the physical, chemical, and biological processes, equipment, control parameters and laboratory procedures, in municipal wastewater treatment and/or water treatment. Must also have experience in planning and scheduling.
