Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance team with the repair and upkeep of restaurant facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Support plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work under supervision.
- Help troubleshoot minor equipment and facility issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop, tools, and storage areas.
- Assist in the installation, movement, and assembly of equipment and furniture.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant branches.
- Load, unload, and transport maintenance materials and supplies as required.
- Report any equipment defects or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
