About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) / ISO Specialist to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Integrated Management System.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing and managing ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 while ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
✔ Develop, review, and manage ISO documentation, policies, and procedures
✔ Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits
✔ Manage CAPA, non-conformities, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Deliver ISO awareness and compliance training across departments
✔ Monitor IMS performance and recommend process improvements
✔ Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards
Required Experience
✅ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ISO Management Systems
✅ Strong expertise in:
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
✅ Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred
✅ Excellent documentation, auditing, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, EPC, or Manufacturing is preferred
Qualification
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
