Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related trade.
Experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance works.
Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
