Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze contract documents, BOQ, Project Specification carefully and prepare schedule to get approval from client.
• Prepare Shop Drawing and Material Logs.
• Prepare shop drawings as per Civil Defense Requirements.
• Review technical submittal for materials before submitting to consultant.
• Responsible for preparing RFI’s and MIR’s and submit to consultant for getting the approval.
• Follow the work progress with qualitative work to meet client criteria as per approved methodology.

• Prepare the IFC drawings, shop drawings, as built drawing, SLD, and update the load schedule as per the changes in site conditions.

• Installation and testing of earthing rods that’s connected to grade beam’s steel bars with bare copper & make connection for the DP protection.
• Installation of four core cables based on the estimated loading accordance with the approved shop drawing.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of all the services, and work implemented on site and meet the specification and the consultant requirements.
• Familiar with IEC, NEC & Saudi building code.

Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer May 2021-March 2023
Project Description:
The project was of Operation of Power House of 4.5 Mega Watts consists of Three Cummins Gas Gensets each of Power 1.5 Mega Watt inside Pakistan Refinery Limited. For Back Up there was also three Diesel Gensets And Two Separate Power Sources directly from Government’s Power System for Un Interruptible Power Supply.
All system was synchronized through single line diagram which was operated by computer system.
Achievements/Tasks:
• Led precise shift handovers, ensuring accurate transfer of genset operational timings and system status from outgoing to incoming shift personnel.
• Monitored and maintained all power house parameters and Cummins QSV91 gas genset performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Supervised and managed a shift team of one operator and one helper, including attendance administration and task allocation throughout the shift.
• Operated and continuously monitored the computerized single-line diagram system, overseeing all genset operations and electrical distribution in real time.
• Managed a complex power architecture comprising three primary gas gensets, three backup diesel gensets, and two government grid power supply systems.
• Executed strategic load management and power distribution decisions across multiple generation sources to maintain uninterrupted refinery operations.
• Proactively identified deviations in system parameters and genset performance, initiating
