In my current role at CNCEC, I lead planning on an SAR 800M petrochemical project, managing an integrated Primavera P6 schedule of 11,000+ activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Prior to this, I held planning roles at Tekfen Construction and ArcelorMittal, where I delivered Level 3–5 schedules, full EVM reporting, and EOT claim support through Time Impact Analysis and Window Analysis.

Key strengths I bring to this role:

• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling — baseline, revised, and recovery schedules across complex EPC scopes
• EOT claims experience — TIA, Window Analysis, and forensic scheduling in support of formal submissions
• EVM proficiency — PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI reporting with Power BI dashboard integration
• Strong client-facing reporting — weekly/monthly narrative reports for senior management and client review
