China Railway is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our prestigious construction projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

⚠️ Important:
Applicants without high-rise building and 4-star/5-star hotel project experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for construction projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best commercial terms.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and procurement contracts.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to meet project schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams to understand procurement requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, technical specifications, and project standards.
Maintain procurement records, reports, and cost analyses.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Resolve procurement-related issues and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
