Job Responsibilities

Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Support the HR team in managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace concerns.

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations guidelines.

Provide guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, labor regulations, attendance, leave, benefits, and company procedures.

Prepare and maintain employee relations documentation, warning letters, investigation reports, memos, and official HR correspondence.

Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and management to resolve employee-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Support onboarding, employee orientation, and internal communication related to company policies and procedures.

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR transactions through SAP or related HR systems.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements where applicable.

Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.

Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

Coordinate exit procedures, clearance, final settlements, and employee separation documentation.
