Job Responsibilities
Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
Support the HR team in managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace concerns.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations guidelines.
Provide guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, labor regulations, attendance, leave, benefits, and company procedures.
Prepare and maintain employee relations documentation, warning letters, investigation reports, memos, and official HR correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and management to resolve employee-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Support onboarding, employee orientation, and internal communication related to company policies and procedures.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR transactions through SAP or related HR systems.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements where applicable.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.
Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Coordinate exit procedures, clearance, final settlements, and employee separation documentation.
