Strong knowledge of all types of cleaning work for residential & commercial facilities.
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, materials, tools, machines, and equipment.
Ability to supervise and train cleaning staff.
Capable of planning work schedules and ensuring high cleaning standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
