Project Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Freelance Web Developer with deep expertise in Zoho Commerce to design, develop, and launch our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, custom template development, and seamless backend integrations to build a high-converting, professional online store.
Key Responsibilities
Store Setup & Customization: End-to-end development of our online store using Zoho Commerce, ensuring a clean, premium visual aesthetic.
Custom Coding: Writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Deluge scripts to customize layouts, navigation, and features beyond standard templates.
Zoho Ecosystem Integration: Connecting Zoho Commerce with other essential modules (such as Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM) for flawless data flow.
Optimization: Ensuring the website is fully responsive (mobile-friendly), fast-loading, and optimized for SEO.
Payment & Logistics Setup: Configuring secure payment gateways, region-specific shipping modules, and localized taxes.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing successfully launched Zoho Commerce websites (candidates without specific Zoho Commerce experience will not be considered).
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and working knowledge of Zoho's Deluge scripting language.
E-Commerce Best Practices: Solid understanding of UX/UI design patterns that drive customer conversions and trust.
Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical glitches, and deliver clean, well-documented code.
