China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing QA/QC Engineer to join our team for prestigious high-rise and luxury hotel construction projects.

👍Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Mechanical & Plumbing QA/QC within the construction industry.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Water Supply & Drainage systems.
Thorough understanding of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material inspections, testing & commissioning, and international construction standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
⚠️ Important:
Applicants without proven high-rise building and 4-star/5-star hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
👍Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections for Mechanical and Plumbing works in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire fighting systems.
Monitor material receiving inspections and verify compliance with approved specifications.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and inspection activities with consultants and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and minimizing rework.
Ensure all QA/QC activities are completed before project handover.
