Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Perform bank and vendor reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) – invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) – processing vendor invoices and payments
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting needs
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in an accounting role
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations (bank, vendor, and invoice-level)
- Solid working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Wave, Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and local tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualification
-CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is a strong advantage
