China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is seeking an experienced Technical Fit-Out Engineer / Designer to join our prestigious high-rise development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Technical Fit-Out Engineer / Designer
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural fit-out design and site execution
• Proven experience in high-rise towers, luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, airports, or iconic projects
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring systems, façade interfaces, decorative features, and architectural detailing
• Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate:
Concept and detailed designs
Shop drawings
Material submittals
Method statements
RFIs
As-built drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and BIM coordination tools
• Capable of handling both technical design development and site supervision/execution activities
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• GCC/Middle East experience is highly preferred
• Good command of English communication
• Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred
