HSE Officer/safety Officer

I am a dedicated HSE / Safety Officer with over 5 years of experience in construction and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. I have strong expertise in risk assessment, PTW (Permit to Work) systems, site inspections, incident investigation, emergency response, safety training, audits, and HSE documentation.
I hold a Bachelor of science in biomedical sciences along with a Diploma in HSE Engineering and professional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, and OSHA 30 Hours. I am skilled in implementing safety procedures in compliance with international standards and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
I am currently seeking a position as an HSE Officer or Safety Officer where I can contribute my experience to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
