Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Network & IPTV Engineer to join our System Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the **installation, configuration, commissioning, migration, and troubleshooting** of enterprise network and IPTV solutions for multiple hospitality and enterprise customers.
This is not a helpdesk, NOC monitoring, desktop support, or internal IT administrator position.
Mandatory Experience (Please Read Before Applying)
Only apply if you have hands-on experience in:
Installing, configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki networks.
Installing, configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting Aruba Networks.
Installing, configuring, and supporting Fortinet Firewalls.
Deploying solutions for multiple customers while working for a System Integrator, Technical Solution Provider, or Managed Services Provider**.
We are NOT looking for candidates whose experience is limited to:
* NOC monitoring.
* Helpdesk or desktop support.
* IT support for a single company.
* Local LAN administration only.
* Basic network maintenance without implementation experience.
* Vendor technical support without deployment experience.
* Remote monitoring or ticket escalation roles.
Required Experience
Applicants **must** have proven experience in:
* Enterprise network installation and commissioning.
* End-to-end deployment of Cisco Meraki infrastructure.
* Aruba switching and wireless deployment.
* Fortinet Firewall implementation, VPN configuration, NAT, routing, security policies, and troubleshooting.
* VLANs, Routing, STP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, QoS, Multicast, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
* IPTV deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Customer acceptance testing and project handover.
* Preparing as-built documentation and technical reports.
Preferred Background
We are specifically looking for engineers who have worked for:
* Network System Integrators
* Technical Solution Providers
* Managed Service Providers (MSP)
* ICT Infrastructure Companies
Candidates should be comfortable working on **multiple customer projects simultaneously**, rather than managing the network of a single organization.
## Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and commission enterprise network infrastructure.
* Deploy Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet solutions.
* Implement IPTV systems and integrate them with customer networks.
* Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Conduct customer acceptance testing and final project handover.
* Produce technical documentation and as-built drawings.
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and project teams during implementation.
* Support upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies.
* Professional communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
