Key Responsibilities.
As a Construction Worker, you will be the backbone of our job sites. Your daily tasks will include:
Site Prep & Maintenance: Clearing debris, prepping materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Tool Operation: Safely operating hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers, mixers).
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving heavy construction material.
Assisting Trades: Supporting skilled tradespeople like carpenters, masons, and electricians as needed.
Safety Compliance: Following all OSHA and company safety guidelines to ensure a accident-free workplace.
What We Are Looking For,
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to []e.g., 50 lbs] regularly, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are non-negotiable. The team relies on you.
Weather Resilient: Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).
Team Player: Ability to take direction well and work effectively alongside others.
Experience (Preferred but not required): Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or roof work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
