Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites.
Develop maintenance plans and ensure high-quality execution.
Supervise maintenance teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Monitor project performance, quality, safety, and compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, equipment, and materials.
Prepare reports and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
Proven experience managing large-scale outdoor landscape maintenance projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in client and consultant coordination.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred
Experience in government or mega projects.
PMP certification is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license.
