Site Civil Engineer (construction –finishing)- Technical Office-QS – Available In Madinah

Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience in site supervision, structural works, finishing works, and technical office coordination, currently based in Al-Khalidyah, Al-Madinah with a transferable Iqama valid to work anywhere in KSA.
Experience includes: site supervision of RC works (foundations, columns, slabs, beams, shear walls), supervision of finishing works (paints, flooring, ceilings, stretch ceiling, gypsum board, natural and artificial marble, aluminium cladding, doors, joinery, and wooden decorations), technical office functions (quantity take-off, BOQ verification, RFIs, IRs, IPCs), coordination between Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams, and geotechnical reports and soil testing supervision. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE.
Currently seeking a new opportunity as Site Engineer / Technical Office Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with a contracting or consulting company in Madinah or elsewhere in KSA.
