â?¢ Day-to-day site inspections and identifying any unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and taking
necessary control measures with team support.
â?¢ Plan and conduct internal training for staff and workers to meet the training program and

day-to-day monitoring of drivers IVMS report (RAG report) and communicate the details to the
relevant department to monitor and enforce the road safety requirements.
â?¢ To attend weekly performance meetings with clients and present the HSE performance of the
project.
â?¢ Support team in competency assessment of staff and employees, to ensure that employees
are meeting the safe work requirements.
