Work Permit Receiver (WPR) With Civil Engineering & HSE Certifications

I am a Graduate Civil Engineer with practical experience as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) on major industrial construction projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. I worked with Ghazal Esam Zahid Construction Ltd. as a subcontractor for Samsung C&T, supporting the main client, NASSER S. AL-HAJRI (Najim).

I have comprehensive knowledge of the Work Permit System (PTW), including permit preparation, verification of worksite conditions, coordination with construction and safety teams, hazard identification, implementation of control measures, toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and client requirements. I am experienced in coordinating with different disciplines to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with project standards.

In addition to my engineering background, I hold internationally recognized safety certifications, including NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, and OSHA. My combination of civil engineering knowledge and strong safety expertise enables me to contribute effectively to construction and industrial projects while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
