Indian Chef

We are looking for an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic Indian cuisine and maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North & South Indian cuisine)
Develop and maintain menu items with consistent quality
Ensure food is prepared according to hygiene and safety standards
Manage kitchen staff and assist in training when required
Monitor food stock and assist with ordering ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
