We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer of HEPA Filters, Fan Filter Units (FFUs), Cleanroom Equipment, Air Filtration Systems, and HVAC Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical sales background and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development across assigned territories.
Generate new business through consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, channel partners, and direct customers.
Develop and manage key customer accounts while building long-term business relationships.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and successfully close orders.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business pipeline reports.
Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Desired Profile
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cleanroom, HVAC, air filtration, or related industrial products.
Strong technical knowledge of cleanroom and air filtration solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, hospitals, HVAC, EPC, OEM, semiconductor, electronics, food processing, or other industrial customers.
Willingness to travel across India for business development.
