I am a Electrical Electronics Engineer, I have more than 5 years experience in 380KV/110KV/132KV Sub-Station, BSP, & Gas insulated switchgear (GIS), made by HITACHI and HYOSUNG. I am capable of handling the construction projects independently as a Site Manager. My experience included complete site execution and good co-ordination between the consultant/clients, vendors and sub-contractors. I Have Completed Bachelor of Engineering Technology, (B.TECH). I possess strong leadership skills and site practical knowledge to manage projects efficiently from start to finish. I have deep knowledge to Installation of 380KV/110KV/ 132KV GIS, (Surge Arrestor, GIB, Circuit Breakers, Busbar, Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer, Density monitor, Disconnector switch(ES/DS), surge counter, Earthing Bare strip & Steel structure platform support and Gratings)...we have Erection and Commissioning to 502MVA power Transformer (HYOSUNG) and 80.96MVA NER (Grounding Transformer), and 60MVAR shunt reactor, (HYOSUNG) & 2500KVA UTECH Auxiliary Transformers (SST) & RMU. we have installation Cable tray and Cable termination (LV cable & Control Cable) And LCC panels, in (380KV/110KV/132KV GIS Room, Auxilary Room, Communication Room, Control Room) Etc..we have lead to the cable pulling, cable termination, modification teams and CO-ORDINATE to the supervisors daily progress report.provide good leadership to the supervisor, Technician, to complete the assigned
activity.
We have follow and co-ordinate safety engineers and follow safety procedure, RISK ASSESSMENT, JSP,. Co-ordinated the site manager and support to QA/QC Engineer to make inspection arrived materials at site. Prepare the daily work progress reports. We have Co-ordinates & support the Testing Engineer during Testing and commissioning activity at site.
Check the required materials to purchase the locally a identification, and Quantities, specification and ser request to the Site manager.
Notify the site manager to the damaged materials received at site and missing material at site.
Prepare the As Built Drawing at site.
Request the Require Resources needed (Manpower materials, tools, and Equipment) from the site mana Highlights all the issues of the site manager all area developments.
any modification at site to discuss site manager as per Consultant/client Requirements.
Get the approval from the Consultant/Clients to arrived materials at site.
