We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to handle daily office operations and perform key accounts reconciliation duties. The ideal candidate is an Excel power-user who thrives on accuracy and has a professional communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Reconciliation: Match invoices to purchase orders, verify bank deposits, and reconcile discrepancies in accounts payable/receivable.
· Data Management: Maintain spreadsheets tracking expenses, inventory, and employee timesheets.
· Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
· Reporting: Prepare weekly financial summaries and variance reports for management review.
· Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding payment statuses and outstanding balances.
