We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Telemarketing and client calling Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and daily office operations.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, and client calling is required.
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Transferable Iqama preferred.
