Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE inspections to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, excavation, hot work, and confined space entry.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for the workforce.
- Perform hazard identification and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before work activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Verify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Participate in incident and near-miss investigations and prepare HSE reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct emergency equipment inspections and support emergency response drills.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection checklists, and daily safety reports.
- Promote a positive safety culture in accordance with company and project HSE standards.
