🏗️Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's Degree is an advantage).
Minimum 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong expertise in technical management, design coordination, construction methodologies, value engineering, and project execution.
Thorough knowledge of international construction codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
⚠️ Important:
Applicants without proven experience in high-rise buildings and 4-star/5-star hotel projects will NOT be considered.
🏗️Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all technical aspects of civil and architectural works throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, site engineers, and construction teams.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements.
Review and approve construction methodologies, material submissions, and engineering solutions.
Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to optimize cost, quality, and project performance.
Monitor project progress and provide technical solutions to minimize delays and construction risks.
Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and final documentation.
