We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Foreman / Supervisor to join our production team in Riyadh.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a powder coating.
Strong knowledge of:
Powder coating booths and spray guns
Automatic conveyor systems
Pretreatment and treatment tanks
Ovens and curing processes
Air compressors and utility equipment
Production line operations and quality control
Ability to supervise production staff and work effectively in a team.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily powder coating production operations.
Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
Prepare daily production reports and manage manpower effectively.
Working Conditions:
Day/night rotation as required.
Willingness to work overtime.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
