Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Lead and supervise all electrical maintenance activities.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of electrical faults and breakdowns.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Manage maintenance teams and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance activities with the Client.
Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and HSE requirements.
Supervise maintenance of 480V SWGR, MCC, ATS, CBD, VFD, and RRD systems.
Support troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Prepare all maintenance reports and technical documentation.
Ensure quality of maintenance activities and compliance with project procedures.
Lead emergency maintenance response and equipment restoration.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.
Supervise and mentor electrical maintenance technicians and engineers.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely completion.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications/Skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience
8 –12+ years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Minimum 3–4 years in a supervisory/lead role
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical systems (LV/MV/HV)
Motors, drives (VFDs), transformers
PLCs, control systems, and SCADA
Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics tools
