Position
Call Center Executive (Bilingual – English & Arabic)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Schedule installation and service appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries related to telecom services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Escalate customer issues when necessary while ensuring prompt follow-up.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Previous experience in a Telecommunications Call Center is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills and experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of appointment scheduling, service delivery, or customer support processes.
Experience handling KPI-driven environments.
