About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear, MDB/SMDB, Final Distribution Boards, and Power Factor Correction (PFC) Panels. The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with strong sales skills to support clients, generate new business, and provide accurate technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Promote LV switchgear solutions including MDB, SMDB, DBs, ATS, MCC, capacitor banks, and PFC panels.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution proposals.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, single-line diagrams, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate quotations and compliance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LV switchgear and PFC systems.
• Conduct site visits, load assessments, and power factor improvement studies.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in LV switchgear sales within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of:
• LV switchgear components (breakers, contactors, relays, meters).
• Capacitor banks, detuned reactors, APFC controllers.
• IEC standards and SEC/ARAMCO/SABIC specifications (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret SLDs, load schedules, and panel GA drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
Preferred Skills:
• Existing client network.
• Experience with Schneider, ABB, Siemens, LS, Eaton components.
• Knowledge of harmonic mitigation and energy efficiency solutions.
• Strong technical-commercial mindset.
