Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately
Coordinate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress or in the hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work in Bahrain (valid availability/work permit preferred)
