Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles (mechanical, electrical, and systems)
2. Supervise mechanics and workshop staff on the floor
3. Oversee job allocation, workflow, and timely completion
4. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control
5. Manage tools, inventory, and workshop cleanliness
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic (minimum 5 years)
2. Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
3. Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicles
4. Good leadership and communication skills
5. Valid driving license
