Sales & Business Development
1. Generate new leads and identify business opportunities for HVAC and MEP services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and facility
management companies.
3. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
4. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and cost estimates.
5. Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, approvals, and project awards.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, material sourcing, and technical support.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
Project Management & Execution
1. Handle complete end-to-end execution of HVAC and MEP projects from inquiry stage to final handover.
2. Coordinate project activities including planning, material procurement, manpower allocation, execution,
testing, commissioning, and completion.
3. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements before execution.
4. Manage site operations and ensure work progress meets project schedules and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
6. Monitor project costs, material usage, and site productivity.
7. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, authority requirements, and company standards.
8. Prepare project reports, work progress updates, and completion documentation.
9. Manage project close-out activities including inspections, snag rectification, testing, commissioning, and
handover documentation.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
1. Support procurement and supplier coordination for project materials and equipment.
2. Ensure proper documentation of variations, additional works, and commercial changes.
3. Provide technical support during installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
4. Coordinate between sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for smooth project
delivery.
5. Maintain strong client communication throughout project lifecycle.
Financial & Commercial Responsibilities
1. Prepare project costing, estimates, and commercial proposals.
2. Monitor project budgets, material costs, and manpower utilization.
3. Track project profitability and support cost control measures.
4. Coordinate procurement activities and supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing.
5. Prepare variation claims, additional work quotations, and cost impact assessments.
6. Support payment follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and commercial documentation.
7. Ensure proper tracking of project expenses and material consumption.
Project Documentation & Reporting
1. Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Coordinate technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and compliance documentation.
3. Maintain records for RFIs, inspections, testing reports, commissioning reports, and handover
documents.
4. Prepare progress reports, project updates, work schedules, and execution plans.
5. Ensure all project close-out documentation is properly completed before final handover.
6. Maintain organized records of quotations, contracts, approvals, and supplier communications.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and good overall knowledge of MEP works including electrical,
plumbing, fire fighting, and mechanical coordination.
3. Proven ability to independently manage complete end-to-end execution of projects including:
a. Lead generation and business development
b. Client coordination and meetings
c. Site surveys and technical discussions
d. Estimation and quotation preparation
e. Material sourcing and supplier coordination
f. Procurement follow-up
g. Project planning and execution
h. Site supervision and coordination

4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.
8. Driving license preferred.
