We are seeking a visionary, high-caliber Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our construction and contracting operations in Saudi Arabia. As the executive leader, you will drive strategic growth, optimize operational efficiency, and scale our portfolio across infrastructure, residential, or commercial sectors.
This role demands a sharp business mind, exceptional leadership traits, and a profound understanding of the current Saudi Arabian construction landscape, including Vision 2030 initiatives, local supply chains, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term business strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the KSA market.
Financial Oversight: Accountable for P&L management, ensuring the company consistently achieves or exceeds its financial targets, building on a benchmark of 50M+ SR in annual turnover.
Tendering & Business Development: Leverage local networks to secure high-value projects, overseeing the bidding, negotiation, and successful acquisition of new contracts.
Operational Excellence: Direct project management, estimation, and MEP/civil engineering teams to ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local authorities, Baladiya regulations, Aramco/government pre-qualifications, and Saudization targets seamlessly.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Proven Executive Track Record: Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a C-level or top executive position (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or VP).
KSA Market Mastery: Deep, localized knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction sector, market dynamics, procurement trends, and subcontractor networks is mandatory.
Financial Credentials: A verified history of successfully managing a business unit or company with a proven turnover record of 50M SR or above.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced management degree is highly advantageous.
Strong Network: Established connections with key developers, consultants, and relevant government authorities in KSA.
Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and a transparent, collaborative leadership style.
