I can smoothly bridge the gap between design concepts and actual site execution, ensuring projects are built exactly to approved drawings.
1. DRAFTING & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
* Creating highly accurate fit-out shop drawings, joinery details, and architectural layouts.
* Modifying plans for false ceilings, partition details, flooring patterns, and MEP coordination.
* Preparing comprehensive material take-offs (MTO) and supporting project estimations.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and basic 3D modeling programs.
2. SITE SUPERVISION & EXECUTION EXPERIENCE:
* Supervised site execution for luxury retail, commercial offices, and premium F&B/restaurants.
* Monitored daily tasks of subcontractors, carpenters, painters, and MEP technicians.
* Ensured high-quality finishing for joinery installation, gypsum ceilings, glass work, and marble/flooring.
* Conducted site marking, layout verification, snag listing, and final handovers to clients.

* Iqama Status: Transferable Iqama
