About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Floral Coordinator / Florist to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, managing inventory, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service for their everyday needs and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create unique floral arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, event decor, etc.).
Select, condition, and care for fresh flowers and plants to ensure longevity.
Consult with walk-in customers and event clients to understand their vision and budget.
Manage floral inventory, place orders with suppliers, and ensure stock freshness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop display.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure arrangements arrive in perfect condition.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer (experience in Jeddah/KSA market is a plus).
Creativity: A strong eye for color coordination, design trends, and aesthetics.
Skills: Excellent handcrafting skills and knowledge of different flower types and care techniques.
Communication: Good communication skills (English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage).
Attributes: Customer-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure during peak seasons (e.g., Eid, Valentine's Day, wedding season).
