Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content (posts, stories, reels/short videos)
Monitor comments, messages, and inbox inquiries, and respond professionally
Engage with followers and build community
Support content ideas, captions, hashtags, and branding consistency
Track performance (likes, reach, engagement, clicks) and suggest improvements
Assist with basic design/content editing (Canva or similar tools)
