Job Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Install and finish wooden fixtures, cabinets, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other finishing materials with precision.
Perform finishing work, including sanding, polishing, laminating, and fitting.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure quality execution.
Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments to meet project standards.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or Interior Designer.
Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.
Knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and finishing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certification or vocational training is an advantage.
