Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach.
