We are seeking an experienced Material Reconciliation Specialist to join a leading Oil & Gas EPC project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues.
Prepare Material Reconciliation Summary (MRS) reports for project financial close-out.
Conduct inventory audits, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
Support SAP inventory modules, maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Monitor material storage, handling, transfers, surplus, and disposal activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pipeline projects.
• Mandatory Middle East (GCC) experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP (Super User level preferred) or Oracle ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in material control, inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and project close-out.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Valid driving license preferred.
